Position: Rehabilitation Therapist
Salary: $27.929.09- $33,511.60
Duties: Hiring Manager Comments: Knowledge of the principals and practices of Rehabilitation Therapy.

– Ability to plan & conduct Rehabilitation Therapy programs
– Ability to interview persons served to identify needs.

– Knowledge of the Person-Centered Model of psychiatric treatment (i.e., psychosocial rehabilitation, psychiatric rehabilitation, etc.)
– Ability to write evaluations & progress reports.
– Ability to communicate effectively verbally & in writing.

1. Develops, plans coordinate and conducts a variety of Rehabilitation therapy programs including: individual instruction, specialized classes, community outings, therapy groups & hospital-wide events.
2. Responds to referrals/requests to Rehabilitation Therapy programs, completes assessments, interviews, evaluates & writes skill training procedures for each person served. Communicates regularly with Recovery Team Coordinators (RTC). Makes treatment recommendations through monthly SIP notes and contact with RTC.
3. Works with multiple Recovery Teams and departments.
4. Maintains participation & attendance records, prepares statistical reports, inventory of Rehabilitation equipment & money allocated from Annual Budget.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in an Allied Health Field
Certified or Certified Eligible.
