I like to take walks outside and enjoy the changing colors of the leaves while self reflecting on my day/week and what I can improve on next week.
This is a great time to camp, and with Covid-19 about one of the safer activities to do. Doesn’t take much, a tent if you can afford one, but you must nave a downfill cold weather sleeping bag. Go with your family, a significant other, or for the best self care-just go by yourself…
